Hourly Rates

• Standard Electrician Work: £75.00 for first our £40.00 for each hour after

• Qualified Electrician (Specialist Services): £60.00 per hour

• Emergency Call-Out (out of hours 17. 00 - 07.00): £150.00 per hour

• EICR Price List by Number of Bedrooms

  • 1-2 Bedrooms: £120.00

  • 3 Bedrooms: £140.00

  • 4 Bedrooms: £160.00

  • 5 Bedrooms: £180.00

  • 6+ Bedrooms: Price on request

  All Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) are conducted by qualified electricians and include a comprehensive safety inspection of your property's electrical system.Daily Rates

• Full Day Rate (8 hours): £300.00 – £450.00 depending on the complexity of the job and level of expertise required.

Fixed Prices for Common Jobs

• EV Charger Installation: From £400 (including basic unit installation; excludes the cost of the charger unit)

• Lighting Installation (per light fitting): £60.00 - £90.00

• Fuse Box Upgrade: From £500,00

Additional Charges

• Materials and Parts: Charged at cost plus 10%

• Travel Charge: £20.00 for locations outside Greater London area
